The City of Columbia Falls posts job openings on a bulletin board outside the City Manager’s office.  Jobs will also be posted here on the city website. Grounds Maintenance (Parks):
This full time seasonal position (April – Oct) maintains grounds and buildings of all city parks and facilities. Must operate and maintain equipment used in grounds and building maintenance, knowledge of plant care and maintenance preferred. Possession of a valid Montana Driver License is required. Entry wage is $16.92 per hour with generous benefits including paid holidays, vacation and sick leave accrual and state retirement. Pool Manager:
This full time seasonal position, mid-June – mid-August, manages the operations of the municipal pool including managing a staff of 8-12 full and part time employees, develops a pool safety program, knowledge of water purification and sanitations standards, may perform duties as a lifeguard and water safety instructor as needed. Position requires good knowledge of swimming pool operation, ability to train and supervise others, and Lifeguard, Water Safety Instructor, First Aid and CPR certification. Entry wage is DOE and Certification with generous benefits including paid holidays, vacation and sick leave accrual. This full time seasonal position works with the Pool Manager in the supervision and operation of the municipal pool, will perform duties as lifeguard and water safety instructor.
