Finance and Clerk’s Office

The office of City Clerk/Treasurer Todd Watkins is at the center of the City operations, as most citizen’s contact with the other City departments ultimately results in the filing of paperwork, paying use fees, filing building permits, connecting and paying for utilities and similar tasks.
